Prediction of cut off for a particular college or particular course since it keeps on changing every year. However looking at previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required minimum 50th percentile to get admission in government college for BHMS or BAMS. With the score you have mentioned above your percentile would be around 50-53th percentile which means you are qualified for the government seat. Although the cut off score for both of these courses ranges between 420-480 for a seat in government college so it might be difficult for you to get a government seat. You can try in semi government or private colleges there might be decent chances of your admission. Whichever college you are applying in, you should apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, as per the state counselling 85% seats are reserved for state quota which might increase chances of your admission.
