Hi, before answering your question let me say that it all depends on the level of difficulty of the exam and how others have performed in NEET 2019. Because college admissions are based on the ranking of students. This ranking changes every year. So predicting your rank will not be accurate at this stage since it is based on previous year's data. In 2017, 450 fetched you around 47810 - 53184. In 2018, it was 44228 - 49907. So accordingly, your chances of getting government colleges is a little low in UR category. The cutoff rank is 10920 for 2017 and this cutoff might change this year but not by a lot. Still, if you want to go and check which colleges you might get, the following link will help you.
