Greetings, It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination but not for any particular state as such. There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across the country. The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an approximate can be determined from the evaluation of previous years' cut off. I hope this piece of information proves to be of some help to you. In case of any further assistance please feel free to refer back here. First of all stop thinking of scoring 450-500.What if the paper is easy and you can score much more. But if you go to the examination hall with the aim of scoring 450 you will get a mental block and this will hinder your performance.
So stop thinking about admissions and cut off and colleges.
Just keep on revising and doing test papers.
Best of luck!
