As you should know that the cutoff of neet exam for government college in Delhi goes high as near by 600 marks or above and for reserved candidate it degardes to 500+ marks.
So, There are no chances for you to get a seat in some government medical college there with 460 marks.
On the other hand you may get some private college under neet in delhi but the chances are not that much high . So don't lose hope and try your luck.

cutoff for government medical colleges in delhi for MBBS is above 600 marks in neet for all india category and for state quota students the cutoff is usually around 500+ . So there are low chances to get a seat in any government college with these marks however you can get admission in deemed medical universities.
