Hello Aspirant,
To get a government seat is tough for you with OBC category. As your NEET score is 461. Your Overall Percentile is: 94.06 - 94.56 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is:80410 - 97560 . For OBC there comes 27% seat reservation. So Under 70% state quota seats 487 was the least marks.Under 30% state quota 497 was the least cut-off score.

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile.
According to the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 73337-81607, you can check out marks Vs ranks from the link given below :-

So on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any of the GMCs in Maharashtra under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 521 for Government Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon under Home state quota for OBC category. But yes you can get some private colleges and deemed universities.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
