Dear Yatin, if you are from Delhi, then you have to apply under All India Quota to be able to secure a seat in KMC Manipal. 542 marks was the cut off for Government Medical College under All India Quota in 2018. KMC, Manipal rates top in the Private Medical colleges across India. And its previous year cut off was 495.
