In 2018, under State Quota in General Category, 458 marls secured a seat in Government Medical College, Ambikapur.
Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Going by previous cut offs and your marks, you also have a chance at

Usually 500 marks are considered sufficient for admission in government colleges through NEET and you are a bit off from that mark
The seats in government medical colleges through NEET in MBBS are around 34000 and in BDS around 3000
And in private colleges there are 36000 seats in MBBS and 5000 in BDS
So you should get a rank under the various criteria
