Admission to medical colleges also depends on Caste Category, State Quota, etc.
If you hold any caste reservation certificate, then with 500 marks, you have a great chance of getting a seat there.
With UR categeory, you may or may not get a seat there as cutoffs vary each year but 500 is a good score and you should definitely apply for it.
With 500 marks, you might be able to get admission to many other government colleges too.
