Hello,

The NEET cutoffs will be released for 15% All India Quota seats and 85% State Quota seats. Based upon the marks that you have scored you may have a rank in the range of 45023-51086. With this rank it is difficult to get a seat in the government colleges for All India Quota under general category.

You should try out for private colleges based on the particular domicile to which you belong to. State Quota seats might be handy for you.
