You will surely get a mbbs seat in govt medical college in state quota.but for all india quota you should score 550 and above
The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.
Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under OBC category for a Government Medical College, the cut-off for NEET 2017 was Rank 5922 which corresponds to a score of approximately 550 marks out of 720.
This year, we are expecting a rise in the expected cut offs through All India Quota. Therefore, getting a government college seat through All India Quota may be difficult. However, you have scored quite well which increases your chance to get a seat in your state college through OBC category.
Do not loose hope. This is not the absolute dictum. All the very best!
However your school may not be sufficient to get your good Government Medical College seat available 15% all India quota for which you need to score in excess of 550 to 600 if not more
But in case you get only kerala rank..then your state quota can only be availed for kerala
