Hello Ankit,
Neet is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS and other medical and paramedical courses in India. The exam is organised by the National Testing Agency.
Admissions through NEET are basically categorised in two types of quota i.e., All India Quota (AIQ) and State Level Quota. All India Quota comprises 15 per cent of the overall seats and the rest of the 85 per cent are filled under state-level quota.
As per your question, you have got 531 marks in neet which is a good score, you can get MBBS seat under state quota or private college very easily but not under government seat AIQ. As you belong to general category so its quite difficult to predict about AIQ but can't promise about it as cut-off changes year to year.
