I am expecting 539 marks in neet ug 2020 and belongs to general category and female my domicile is from up. Is there any hope of getting seats in mbbs in any government college of UP Or government colleges in other states through All India quota.

See it is little bit difficult to guide you with the exact name of colleges because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as number of candidates appearing in an examination, number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of paper and so on.
But although according to the marks and category you have mentioned in the question you have very low chances of getting into any of the Government Medical Colleges but yes you have chances for Private colleges and Deemed Universities.
