Dear Aman, in 2018 under State Quota, 562 marks secured a seat under General Category in North Delhi Muncipal Corppration Medical College. Infact that was the cut off. Going by the previous cut off, 540 seems to be a less score. Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on varipus factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. We would suggest you to wait until the official answer key has been reased so as to weigh your options. Meanwhile, please visit this page for 2017 cut odfs and cut offs of other 2 Medical Colleges: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-du/amp
