Hey Aspirant, Congratulations for getting such a good score in NEET.
NOTE-: I AM MENTIONING THE COLLEGES WHOSE CUT OFF MARKS ARE GREATER THAN YOURS. REST ALL COLLEGES HAVE LAST YEAR CUT OFF LESS THAN YOUR MARKS.
With this score you will surely get a GOVT. College in Maharashtra with State quota (70 % REGIONAL QUOTA)
Last year cut off of different GOVT. Colleges in Maharashtra for OBC category shows that except 2 colleges
If you have 30% state quota then -
The list of colleges includes -

Hello,
Well it cant be said that you will get for 100% but with 542 hopefully you can because there are slight chances with that and you also will get caste advantage.To secure a seat in government medical colleges one must score marks above 550 in neet.But again there are lots if factors too like number of appeared candidates,difficulty level of paper etc.
