Dear Deepanshu,
Congratulations for your score at first. 556 is a really good score. Let me tell you that the cut off for every year varies, depending on the difficulty level of the paper, number of aspirant, percentile score etc. Well, the cut off for General category in All India Quota in last year i.e 2018 was 546 in round 1 and 536 in round 2 respectively. So, after going through and analysing the previous year cut offs, you have a fair chance to get admission via All India Quota under 15% reservation. All the best for your upcoming counseling.
Hope, this helps you to clear your confusion. And in case of any further query, please feel free to consult us.

Your marks are good but all India cutoff are high so you have less chance of getting government colleges in AIQ though as your marks are good try state quota in your state. Check neet cutoff
