Under general category there's a possibility that you can get a college in odisha. According to previous year cut off, 580 marks are good enough to grab a seat in many colleges in odisha. You can grab a seat in SCB medical colleges, and many more. Just be patient and do your counselling wisely be very precise with your choice filling. Make sure you have a list prepared of every college you can get with these marks. 580 is are good marks and you will definitely grab a seat this year.

580 out of 720 in Neet 2020 is quite a good score. You know the cutoffs varies every year so it is quite difficult to predict. We would suggest you to use our Neet College Predictor Tool to know about the colleges based on your score and rank http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer Now if we go through the cutoffs of various government medical colleges of Odisha, then with this score, you can expect SCB Medical College, Cuttack- last year the cutoff score was around 535 while in 2018 it was around 559 in general category with 85% statw quota. Other medical colleges you can expect are MKCG Medical College, Berhampur, Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Burla, Pt. Raghunath Murmu Medical College and Hospital, Baripada, GMCH Balasore etc. You can check the cutoffs of various government medical colleges here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-odisha

Hi

As per aur predictor with 580 marks,

Your Predicted Rank is:12687 - 14837

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 580 marks i.e with predicted rank 12687 - 14837,you hold good chance to get seat in  Government Medical College

For example,
In neet 2019,  a rank of
30354  for general category got a seat in Govt. Medical College, Balangir   under odisha State quota

You also have chances in
