Dear Alekha,
Congratulations for getting such a good marks in neet 2019.The previous years cut off of SCB cutback for AIQ is around 595 marks for general category.Hence there is very strong probability of you getting a seat in that college by AIQ.But keep in mind that these cut off marks vary every year according to the ranks and student's performance.
If this is the college of your choice where u have to go then keep in mind to put this college at the top in the list of college priorities which you would fill at MCC site while applying for the colleges.This is because the first college is given the first preference.
Since you have got very good marks,you can also apply for other good government medical colleges .Also whichever state domicile you have,you will have a very high chance of getting the best college of that state because state quota is 85%.
So think properly before filling the choices,your college preference and location preference according to me should be tge two main criteria for college selection.
