If you are a general category student then I am sorry to say that with 60-64 marks you cannot get qualified in JEE Mains exam and you will not be able to appear in JEE Advanced exam because last year cut-off for general category candidates was 81 marks.
With 60-64 marks your All India Rank in JEE Mains exam will be in the range of 2,50,000 - 3,50,000. With this rank I am sorry to say you won't be able to get admission in any of the NITs, IIITs but you still can get admission in some of the private colleges which accept JEE Main exam marks for admission but they might not be so good in some of the parameters infrastructures, curriculum, faculty, placements etc.
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. All the best!!
