Medical Counselling Committee will declare the NEET cutoff for government medical and dental colleges for admission to 15% All India Quota seats. The rest 85% state quota seat cutoffs will released by respective state counselling authorities.
Based upon your expectations you have better chances of admission in private colleges in Bangalore as per state quota, government colleges will be tough for you in general merit category.
However the cutoffs change every year based upon several factors.
