With 153 marks you stand a fair chance of qualifying for NTSE stage 2. However, the final selection will depend on the NTSE Maharashtra cutoff 2019 which will be released along with the result in the third week of March, 2019. You can stay updated on the same by visiting the link below:

As a General category NTSE 2019 you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Maharashtra NTSE cutoff. You can check Maharshtra Cutoff.
