I am fail in class 12 . And I want to give CBSE private exam so, it is safe for jee mains next year and address / school name what I fill??

Don't worry if you give private exam it won't effect your jee mains rank next year .

I suggest you contact your school or CBSE helpline to fill the form to be released in June to re-appear for Class 12 board exams in July,2018 and do well. Last year, the forms came out on June 10. This way, you'd save an year and will be able to apply for JEE Mains next year.
Make sure you study well and revise all subjects thoroughly before sitting for the exams. All the best and hope you emerge as a star this time!
You can apply for private there will be no problem for jee mains but the problem is that many government college are not taking admission for private students so make sure. I will suggest you to give improvement in 12th class.
