I am fail in maths hsc science 2018 and I decide to give reexam in July then I got admission in any engineering college 2018

No you can't get admission in engineering colleges until you pass the hsc with sufficient marks. You needs to pass with sufficient marks and then apply for engineering. You won't get the board certificate unless you clear all the subjects.

Even if you clear your subjects in July you will have to wait for 1 year. Because till July all the engineering admission are almost over. Even if you clear it it will take at least 1 month for your result and marksheet. Without your marksheet you can't apply for engineering as there will be no marks to fill the form itself. And you even need to give the entrance exam for engineering which are already over.

if I fail in maths exam 2019 March. And if I appear in June re exam andpassed  can I get admission in  arts collage
