The eligibility criteria for TGT Science in Eklavya Model Residential School is as follows:
- Passed bachelor's degree in science with any two subjects amongst chemistry, botany and zoology and pursued BEd from NCTE recognized institute
- Qualified STET/CTET Paper II
As you have mentioned you qualified CTET, so you're eligible provided you also possess proficiency in terms of teaching in English and Hindi medium.
