I am final year student (7th semester), what eligibility certificate should i have to upload in pdf format ..?? should i have to upload my last semester certificate or bonofide from my institution...???

since you are final year student you will be required to submit the degree certificate /provisional degree certificate /course completion certificate /membership certificate by the designated authorities
