I am final year student of llb..can i apply clat pg 2018 ...please tell me quick... and fees for llm cousre of any university...

Yes, final year students are eligible to apply for CLAT PG 2018 provided you get a minimum 55% (general) or 50% (SC/ST) marks in your LLB, Integrated LLB or equivalent exam. Till the time of results your admission will be considered provisional.
