C Programming is the Basic language of Coding. As you are in first year of Btech you will have a subject and a lab on C Programing. So need to worry about that. It is the basic language to start your Coding journey. If you want to be a pro in C language then Join a C language course with Certification. As an engineer C language is enough to get placed in top MNC's
