Hi Ashok Kumar,
You can put your query via email on the official email id of FMGE and can wait for the reply......or you can retry for submission with new and correct email id or you can wait till the correction period comes officially.
Please be in contact with the FMGE website and try the above options too for tackling your problem as soon as possible.

Hey Ashok, Since u didnt get any confirmation regarding the exam, i think its better to re -register with ur correct address...because i think u may not be able to change the email address that u have provided....Hope this helps..

The Application Form Correction window is open till the last date for FMGE 2017 Application Form submission. Further, any request for the change in information after the last date will not be acceptable. Moreover, there are some details which the candidates cannot change/ edit/ modify, such as;
Applicant Name
Date of Birth
Persons with Disability
Email Id
Mobile Number

Please go through their official website. Very soon they'll give second chance to the students to rectify those mistakes and also if they haven't responded then you can mail them to their mail Id.
