Hello Aspirant,
You can make sure of some little things and probably do better in the test.
- Forgetting formulae and stuff is not due to anxieties and worries, you are attributing wrong cause to it. It is perhaps because of lack of understanding the concept or just lack of practice. It is time to revise over and over the main formulae. Because a lot of questions in JEE mains are formula based and forgetting.
- Talk to people who motivate you. Keeping positive is a key to balanced and anxiety free mind. Being a little nervous is okay. It boosts the performance but being too shattered under the pressure often has counter productive results. Talk to parents friends, girlfriend, family, teachers whoever helps you stay optimistic.
- Revise important chapters. Since you are not prepared you cannot revise everything, focus on the paper trends and revise only the chapters that are easy and have a chance of showing up in the exam.
- One way of boosting motivation is doing previous years papers and model papers.
- Worrying is fine but do not let it hinder your personal efforts to achieving what you aspire for.
We wish you all the best for the test.
