Hello,
The codes which are given by NTA are very difficult to understand.
Here I simplified the codes
Code 1 - 12th students giving their boards in 2019
Code 2 - 12th passed out students 2018 without gap in between 11th and 12th class
Code 3- 12th passed out students with gap in between 11 and 12th class
Code 4- dropper students ( more than 2 drops)
Code5- first year students of BSC with physics chemistry and biology/biotechnology
Code6- BSC passed out students
Code 7 - for NRI students
According to this simple version of the codes you can identify which code is for you
Hope it will helps you
Dear Shubh,
If you have completed Class 12 from CBSE or ISCE with required subjects, i.e. PCB and English and have scored requisite percentage in PCB in aggregate, i.e. 50% for general, 45% for PwD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC, then you write the CODE- 2.
If you have done Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination (PUC) in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognised examining body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Bio-technology including practicals and also English as a compulsory subject, then you write CODE- 3.
In case you are in your first year of three-year graduation, such that you have Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology including practical tests as your subjects then you can write CODE-5.
Hope it helps.
All the best!
