Sairaj, MAMC has 250 seat intake and 15% seats are filled through All India Quota and if you belong to Maharashtra, for a seat in MAMC, you need to attend All India Counselling. You haven't mentioned your Category. In 2019, the NEET topper scored 701 marks and chose MAMC. And the least score that secured a seat in MAMC was around 550. AIIMS has approximately 1500 MBBS seats and all seats are filled through All India Quota. And in 2019, the cut offs for General Category have been approximately 98 percentile. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now to secure a seat in both these colleges, irrespective of your Category, ou should aim for 600-650.

As AIIMS and MAMC are the best institutes for medicine in the country the cutoff is very high.
Last year's cutoff rank for MAMC was 32 for general category.
To get into these colleges you must get above 660-670 in NEET and must get an AIR of less than 50
This is because most seats fall under 85% state quota and there are very less seats in All India quota.
