Dear Arun,  the official notification for TNEA Counselling hasnt been released yet. It might be released tentatively on the 29th of April. You can register yourself tentatively from May 3rd on their official website. And regarding the domicile eligibility,TNEA counselling is a State level Counselling process for admission to around 563 Engineering and Technology Institutions. Though you can apply for TNEA counselling though you donot have any domicile eigibility, you will not be eligible for any reservations like the Students who fulfil the domicile criteria.
