Yes, you can go for MBBS in Rajasthan but you won't be considered in the 85% state quota as your domicile will not matter here. You could still get a merit seat, but your domicile will be of no help. Whereas, in Andhra Pradesh, you'd be able to use your domicile to get a better seat.

Yes, you can ofcourse get into a college in Rajasthan through management quota. The college doesnt look out for from which state you are, they just are interested to give admission.

It takes alot of money to get admission through management quota.
