You havent mentioned which area are you a locale to. Neverthless, AP Medical Seats are categorised into 3 areas i.e. AU, OU, SVU depending on the locale of the candidate. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for OBC Categories have been as follows:



AU: 484

SVU: 473

OU: 418



Your score is less for even a Private Medical College, unfortunately. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
