Dear Aspirant

Yes you can obviously get medical colleges from other states . For that you have  to apply for All India counselling.  But I am afraid to inform you that with your marks it is almost impossible for you to get government medical colleges in All India  counselling  for 15% seats despite of EWS category. You can get good private colleges though.

For that go through this

Check here cut offs of different government medical colleges

Lakshmi, for a seat in other States, if it is for Government Medical Colleges, you need to appear for All India Counselling and with a score of 450, it is difficult for a seat in MBBS under EWS Category. You can get Management Quota seat in Deemed Universities with this score. Deemed Universities participate in All India Counselling and so you should register for All India  Counselling for a seat in these Colleges. And the last is Private Medical Colleges. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. This is where you have a chance to apply. The States will release their respective NEET Counselling dates and you have to register online. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hello candidate, since the cutoff is not out yet nothing is sure but after observing expected cutoff which is 50% for gen-ews category ,your marks definitely makes a seat done for you the but in government its very minor possibility since tgeir cutoff is very high but you can go for state counselling in open states too their you can get a college at low fees you have to do your best with counselling now. And for this I recommend you college predictor which will help you to grab the perfect seat according to your marks. I'll give the link below hope this helps.
