Hello student,

Though you have the benefit of reservation given to SC category, securing a seat in government medical colleges with 288 marks. The cutoffs for SC category generally range over 350 marks under state quota in andhra pradesh.

Yes, you can get seats in private colleges with donation. Let me tell you that private colleges do not consider any sort of reservation given by the government. Hence you will be like a general category student for private colleges.
