Yes you are eligible for getting a scholarship under EWS category student. The scholarship includes 10000 per semester whose family income is below 2.5 lacs per annum. As your family income is below 1 lakh per annum then you are eligible for getting a EWS certificate from the respective authority of the administration. You have to apply for e w s certificate to the block development officer or the sub divisional officer with documents which will be asked by them to submit.The EWS certificate if you submit it to the IIIT authority of Tiruchirapalli ,  under this EWS category you will be eligible for getting scholarship of Rs 10000 per semester automatically.In this connection your 12th class result will be excellent with more than 75% marks.
