Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

Hi Varshini,

You did not mention which category you come under. With a score of 300 if you are aiming for a government MBBS seat under All India Quota, it is very difficult even with ST reservation. But if you try in your state using your State Quota, there could be some chance.
