Dear Mouli, you havent mentioned your Category. Now, if you belong to AP and you want to apply for Karnataka Medical Colleges, you have to apply under their All India Quota. The cut offs for various Categories under AIQ have been as follows:

General Category: 542

OBC: 541

SC: 422

ST: 414

So with 400 marks it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat. But you might have a shot at a Private Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can also check the cut offs of various different colleges under your Category at:
