I am from ap so can i write the gcet exam 2021?

No you can't apply for GCET exam because you belong to other state. Directorate of technical education conducts GCET exam for the students of goa. Candidate should be a permanent resident of goa state. While submitting the application form for GCET exam the authority may also you to show the residential certificate.
