See if you appear for upgradation of your allotted seat in Round 2nd but somehow you do not get it then also you can accept the seat allotted in first round.

if you are alloted a college in round 1 and you opt for upgradation . if in case upgradation does not happen then you will retain the seat that was alloted to you in round one.
if in case the upgradation happens and you are alloted a college aove the one you were alloted in round one then you will have to report on the new college and you cannot go back to the college of round 1.your round 1 college allotment will stand null and void in this case and it will be alloted to a different candidate.
