i am from bihar board can i get admission to Jadavpur University in btech as in Bihar board we have English and Hindi as compulsary subject and PCM as optional subject?

The eligibility criteria for taking admission in BTech of jadavpur University candidates should have PCM group as compulsory subject in the 12th standard of examination and English as one of the the compulsory Subjects.For taking admission in BTech in jadavpur University you have to go through an entrance test like JEE main examination.
