KCET is for admission to Engineering and Pharmaceutical courses for Candidates who have Karnataka domicile. So if you belong to Bihar, you cannot appear for KCET. Rather, you can appear for COMEDK which is also the entrance examination for admission to Engineering and Pharmaceutical courses but is open to Candidates who do not have domicile of Karnataka. So you should appear for COMEDK instead of KCET if you belong to Bihar but want to study in Karnataka.

Applications for Admissions are open.
