Should not ne much of prpblem if you have good command and ubdesting of basic emglish terms but dont have fluency.
You can go for short term communication skills courses from online course providers to boost your fluency amd pronouncing and reading skills via platforms like Coursera and esx and Simplilearn incase you find this difficult.
