I am from bihar. I did all my schooling from delhi. I have OBC ( AHIR, GWALA ) certificate issued by Bihar govt. , will this certificate be valid under state quota in delhi for colleges like VMMC?

Dear Student,
If you are going to take admission in Delhi the definitely you can take but you will be counted as a outside student. for Delfi home state you need the caste certificate of Delhi and also domicile certificate of Delhi then you will be eligible for OBC reservation.
As you don't have any of the Delhi so you will not come under the state quota.

as I said I have studies from class 1st to 12th from delhi only.... so how am I not eligible for state quota of delhi?

VMMC ,MAMC UCMS ,RML are the central institute not govt. institute,,there will be valid only on OBC NCL means OBC central certificate,,,
