TANCET cutoff refers to the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to secure in the exam to get selected for admission by participating institutes. TANCET cut off for top universities/colleges/institutes usually ranges between 34 to 64 for open category. The lab infrastructures for MSc Medical Physics is very much good in Anna University and y ou will get good guidance but self-learning is practised here.
