Well as i can see you belong to obc with a score of 210 , so let me clarify that with such low score govt. mbbs colleges in bihar are out of question , you can try for private ones or other courses but yes with such low score chances for them aren't very high too.
as cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.
But don't worry
You can still get an idea about your rank , college you may get through these links
