I am from Bihar. My wbjee rank is 10579.Whether I can get IT in Haldia or heritage?

Considering last year trend then with this rank it will be difficult to get IT in Haldia and Heritage. If you want either of these college then you can get Chemical or Civil.
If you want IT then you have to switch to Techno or Narula Institute.
