I am from Bihar , neet air 12513 ebc category,in 1st round of state counseling I am getting skmch muzzafarpur.should I go for 2nd round ?

You should definitely go for second round, as with 12k rank you have pretty high chances of getting these colleges through state quota:

- Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya
- Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna
- Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur
So do go for the second round.

Hey Aspirant !
Just for your information, if you take part in Round 2 for Upgradation, that doesn't mean that the college you got through Round 1 becomes invalid in case you aren't upgraded in Round 1.
So, you can take part in Round 2 without any hassles, if you are upgraded to your better preferred college, well and good.
If not, there's nothing to worry, you already have your seat reserved at SKMCH Muzzarfarpur.
