Congratulations on a great score. Although the cutoff for NEET 2020 is not out yet, but as per last year's cutoff, the cut off for SC category for MBBS/BDS was 133-107(i.e. 40th percentile). So, yes you may have a chance to get your desired course in a govt. college.
