i am from chattisgarh,by category is obc NCL, I got 245388 my category rank in jee mains,do I get government college s by by wbjee cousiling??

and I want to inform you that you cannot appear for the WBJEE counselling with JEE rank. You are required to have a WBJEE rank to appear in the counselling of WBJEE.
